Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist to support a global account. This role blends creativity with digital strategy, focusing on the development of compelling visual content, website management through WordPress, and the execution of email marketing campaigns.
Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are passionate about both graphic design and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Graphic Design
- Create engaging visual assets including banners, infographics, digital ads, and social media graphics
- Write marketing copy for emails, websites, and social media platforms
- Design materials for promotional campaigns, presentations, and branding initiatives
Website Management (WordPress)
- Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website for performance and accuracy
- Build and customize web pages (experience with Elementor is a plus)
- Apply basic SEO techniques and optimize website user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor website issues
Email Marketing
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns (EDMs)
- Manage and segment mailing lists for targeted outreach
- Monitor campaign performance; familiarity with Campaign Monitor is a plus
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with internal teams on branding and creative projects
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design with marketing responsibilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Experience managing WordPress websites (Elementor experience preferred)
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Campaign Monitor (preferred)
- Basic understanding of SEO and website UX best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- A compelling portfolio showcasing both graphic design and digital marketing work
