Job Description:
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas by mowing, watering, trimming, and weeding
- Sweep, clean, and remove debris from walkways, driveways, and grounds
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Perform basic maintenance and repair of outdoor fixtures such as fences, benches, and irrigation systems
- Plant and care for trees, flowers, and shrubs as needed
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely and according to guidelines
- Ensure that groundskeeping areas are clean, safe, and presentable at all times
- Report any damage, safety hazards, or equipment issues to the supervisor
Job Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate or College Graduate in any field With housekeeping experience is an advantage or related experience
- With background in maintaining landscape (Grass Cutting, Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees, Remove dead, damaged, or unwanted trees) and grounds keeping.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willing to start ASAP.
- Willing to be assigned at Tabangao, Batangas City
Job Requirements:
- Updated NBI Clearance,
- Government Statutories (SSS, PagIBIG, Philhealth & TIN)
- Medical
- Preferably in the Brgy Libjo, Tabangao, Batangas City area or nearby.
