- To effectively manage the documentation of Transaction Banking products and services to the target corporate customers of SMBC.
- To monitor and ensure timely submission of documents from customers.
- To prepare weekly and monthly reports required in the CMS Procedure Manual.
- Preparation, checking, verification and sending for processing of enrolment and amendment forms relative to electronic banking platform SMAR&TS or other Transaction Banking products.
- Monitoring unsubmitted Transaction Banking documents and internally following up with front office.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
