Job Title: Hatchery Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Hatchery Technician responsible for machine monitoring, maintenance, and ensuring proper hatchery operations. The ideal candidate must have experience in handling hatchery equipment, monitoring machine performance, and performing regular maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- A Graduate of Bachelor's in Electrical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or any related courses
- Preferably with at least 2 years of related work experience as a Hatchery Technician
- Proficient in machine monitoring, preventive maintenance, planning, analytical skills, communication, and MS Office
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform hourly monitoring of machine status and record necessary data (temperature, humidity of setter and hatcher, and turning status)
- Assist in the pull-out of hatchery by-products
- Responsible for the pre-warning process of hatching eggs
- Prepare and pre-heat hatcher machines before transfer
- Conduct preventive maintenance and report irregularities in machine operations
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned area following biosecurity protocols
