Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Open for fresh graduates or with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Must be familiar with the MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel).
- Well-organized and able to work independently.
- Able to work in a multi-tasking environment with minimum supervision.
- Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule, during Saturdays and holidays.
- Must be willing to work in San Fernando, Cebu. Preferable location of residence: Talisay, Carcar, Minglanilla
Job Description:
- Ensure trucks are properly documented for truck loading (Salesforce, SAP, Monitoring).
- Counterchecking of pertinent data at Salesforce as pre requisite in creation of Work Order to avoid delay in process.
- Ensure that shift's transactions in DR Monitoring Sheet are properly encoded and tallied with operations.
- Ensure that pertinent documents are accomplished for all internal and external customers with specific requirements.
- Ensure that pertinent documents are collected and filed for all incoming delivery transactions.
- Work with both paper documents and electronic files.
- Reconciliation of withdrawals and produce correct end of shift reports.
- Ensure checks are properly received from customers (as applicable).
- Issue checks for some delivered customers (as applicable).
- Ensure all transactions are processed in the system for billing purposes and other related tasks related to billing and collection.
- Monitoring of all accountable forms.
- Others that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
