The HEAD OF HR will lead and manage the entire HR and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring smooth office operations, compliance with legal and immigration requirements, and effective team leadership.
- This role involves overseeing office fitment and lease management, handling visas and travel arrangements for foreign employees, and managing a team of HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities
HR and Team Management
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of HR and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Manage all HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
Office Fitment and Lease Management
- Plan and oversee office fitment projects ensuring functional and aesthetic workspace design that supports productivity.
- Manage office lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations to optimize cost and compliance.
- Ensure office facilities are maintained to provide a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment.
Visa and Immigration Management
- Oversee the end-to-end visa and immigration process for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaise with legal advisors, government agencies, and other stakeholders on immigration matters.
- Maintain accurate records of visa statuses, work authorizations, and travel documentation.
- Provide timely support and guidance to foreign employees regarding their visa and travel needs.
Travel Management
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for employees, especially foreign staff, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor travel budgets and optimize travel processes.
Strategic and Operational Excellence
- Take ownership of HR and administrative operational delivery, ensuring quality service to employees and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to anticipate and resolve HR and administrative challenges.
- Foster a culture of innovation by applying creative, out-of-the-box solutions to HR and office management issues.
- Maintain a sharp eye for detail in all aspects of HR and administrative operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR and administration experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record in managing office fitment projects and lease agreements.
- Demonstrated experience handling visas and immigration for foreign nationals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php200,000.00 - Php250,000.00 per month
