About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound communications via phone, email, or chat with professionalism
- Assist healthcare providers with daily admin and operational tasks
- Follow client-specific protocols and service standards
- Collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team
Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (healthcare background is a plus but not necessary)
✔ Good written and verbal communication skills
✔ Comfortable working U.S. business hours and rotating shifts
✔ Quick learner, adaptable, and team player
