Are you a Healthcare Consulting Manager with a passion for driving transformation in the health industry? We're seeking a dynamic and self-driven professional to join our Health & Public Service team in the Philippines.
What You'll Do
As a Manager, you'll lead critical projects within the healthcare sector, focusing on:
- US Healthcare Expertise: Leveraging your understanding of payer and provider value chains.
- Transformation Programs: Driving medium to large-scale business and technology transformation, including EMR implementations (especially Cerner) and cloud migrations.
- Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Coordinating with mid-level to senior client leadership and managing project teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Agile Delivery: Applying lean concepts and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Rally.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3-10 years in healthcare consulting or related roles, with at least 2 years in US or Global healthcare.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Technical Acumen: Hands-on project delivery experience in 3-4technology/digital transformation programs, with strong business system analysis and program management skills.
- EMR Proficiency: Exposure to leading EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Athena) and an in-depth understanding of provider IT systems.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication (English), stakeholder management, cross-cultural competence, and a track record of owning delivery.
- Flexibility: Willingness to support US work hours and open to cross-country relocation.
