Qualifications:
- College graduate (open to fresh grads)
- OR completed at least 2 years of college (minimum 72 units) + 6 months of any work experience
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and computer literacy
- Willing to work onsite on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
