We’re looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Healthcare Team Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performing customer service team within our healthcare account. Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate (any course)
- Candidates with at least 2 years of completed college (with TOR) are also welcome to apply
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably supporting a healthcare account
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage customer concerns professionally and drive team results
What You’ll Receive:
