Pioneer Truck Parts and Equipment Corp is seeking a reliable and motivated Helper Technician to assist our team of mechanics, engine technicians, and automotive electrical technicians. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of trucks and heavy equipment, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist mechanics, engine technicians, and automotive electrical technicians in daily tasks and repair jobs.
- Prepare and organize tools, equipment, and parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning parts, lubricating components, and changing fluids.
- Help in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues under the supervision of senior technicians.
- Ensure the work area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Transport parts and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support in inventory management by tracking parts and supplies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Immediate Superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With vocational diploma in Automotive or equivalent, High school graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in automotive or truck repair assistance is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and tools is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willing to be deploy in Pulo, Cabuyao Laguna.
- Can start ASAP.
