- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for both office and plant teams
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety standards
- Oversee daily admin operations, facility needs, and company events
- Partner with management to foster a positive, productive work environment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- 5+ years of HR/Admin experience (manufacturing or FMCG background preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
