Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS, or SHS Graduate
- Minimum of 1 year Customer Service Experience (not limited to BPO – includes direct customer-facing roles like retail or hospitality)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in a shifting schedule
- WOSA compliance
