- Handles the purchase order retrieval from vendor portals as well as coordination with relevant portal service providers.
- Provides CSR with relevant information through regular bulletins, announcements, and important notifications.
- Supports the Customer Service Supervisor in various customer service concerns and order processing initiatives through assistance in system testing and mapping of related processes.
Qualification:
- Graduate of any 4 yrs course
- At least 6 months to one year of experience in the same job.
- experience in FMCG industry is an advantange.
