Are you a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in e-commerce platforms and marketing tools? We are looking for a Home-Based E-Commerce Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our U.S.-based client’s online business. This role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing e-commerce sites, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and maintain functional web stores based on client requirements.
- Manage updates including pricing, products, and graphics, and understand store-specific invoicing processes.
- Coordinate e-commerce requests using an online ticketing system.
- Review landing pages, product details, and checkout processes to ensure user-friendly functionality and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with external systems and partners to test and integrate product templates.
- Oversee project timelines for store builds and maintenance within service-level expectations.
- Monitor supplier communication and ensure timely processing of e-commerce orders.
- Handle large datasets and support catalog updates using advanced spreadsheet functions.
- Provide ongoing administrative and project-based support as needed.
- Execute ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years in customer service or order management.
- 5+ years of backend e-store management experience.
- 3+ years of ASI/promotional products industry experience.
- Experience working U.S. day shifts for at least 3 years.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, formulas, and spreadsheet data management.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Magento platform experience is required (Shopify experience is a plus).
