We are seeking a skilled and passionate HORTICULTURIST that will manage the Plant Nursery we have in Tanza, Cavite.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day crop cultivation activities to maximize productivity and plant health
- Testing and analyzing various fertilizers to determine their suitability and effectiveness
- Operating, troubleshooting, and performing routine maintenance on farm equipment and machinery
- Maintaining nursery plants, ensuring optimal conditions for growth
- Conducting environmental impact assessments to guide sustainable agricultural practices.
- Working collaboratively with landscaping, design, and construction teams to align project goals and timelines
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Agriculture, Horticulture, or any related courses
- With atleast 1 year of experience in the field (preferred but not required)
- Strong knowlege in plant care, landscaping, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in the following software is a plus: Canva, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup
- Willing to be designated UNDER AGENCY
- Willing to be assigned in Tanza, Cavite
