Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare work schedules and duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain standards.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping inventory and requisition supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and people-handling skills.
- Experience in preparing staff schedules and managing workloads efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Must be able to attend interviews in Pasay City.
- Can start as soon as possible.
