Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Hotel Management or any related course.
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Demonstrating a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is important.
Job Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and travel agent clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to maximize room, event, and service sales.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive selling and account management.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and rate agreements with clients.
- Ensure all terms align with hotel policies and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the events team to coordinate group bookings, meetings, and conventions.
