The Sales and Account Manager (Software Company)will identify and secure new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets in the Philippines. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to handle sales and account management responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Philippines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolution of client issues.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Regularly report on sales performance, account status, and market insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a combined sales and account management role, preferably in the Philippines market.
- Strong understanding of sales and account management principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; additional local languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
