Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol hotel premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any suspicious activity
- Assist guests and staff in a courteous and helpful manner
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms
- Enforce hotel rules, policies, and procedures
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues
- Collaborate with local authorities when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous security or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Security license/certification (if required by local law)
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
