Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising daily cleaning operations in office areas, restrooms, and common spaces. Ensures cleanliness standards, manages housekeeping staff, and coordinates with building management for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
- Inspect offices and common areas for cleanliness
- Maintain cleaning supply inventory and request replenishments
- Train staff on cleaning protocols and safety practices
- Address complaints and ensure service quality
- Keep records of cleaning activities and inspections
- Coordinate with other departments for maintenance needs
Qualifications:
- High school graduate; vocational training preferred
- 2+ years experience in housekeeping; 1 year in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of office cleaning standards and safety protocols
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Physically fit; able to lift up to 25 lbs and operate cleaning equipment
