The HR/Admin Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. They are responsible for handling office tasks, supporting managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain contact lists and databases.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Monitor office operations and ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques;
- Monitoring and reports of Conservation such as electricity, water, RFID and gasoline monthly with comparison data;
- Assist Filing 201
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
- Support HR audits by preparing necessary documents.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based work; may occasionally require overtime.
- May be required to assist in events or off-site meetings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
