Responsibilities:
- Enforce company policies and practices
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Client and employee management
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate employee records, including employee files, HR data, and other HR documentation
- Implements orientation for newly-hired employees/employee onboarding and offboarding
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
