JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for checking and encoding of DTR.
2. Handles each employee's inquiries regarding DTR or Timekeeping related matters.
3. Monitor biometric violation of all employees during the Timekeeping period.
4. Process Direct employee's SSS contribution payment, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO documentations.
5. Handles inquiry of direct employees related to SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO inquiries.
6. Responsible for all employees Evaluation assessment distribution and monitoring.
7. Filling all accomplished evaluations in individual 201 files or turn over to HR for promotions.
8. Handles permit processing of all branches and handles including the following:
· * BIR permits, 2303, and POS machine permits
· * Business permits including: Barangay, Sanitary, Fire, Building, Business Tax, etc.
9. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
10. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
10. Orienting new employees to the organization.
11. Preparing new employee files Maintaining current HR files and databases.
12. Maintaining current HR files and databases.
13. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
14. Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
