The HR Coordinator supports day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee records management, and compliance with company policies. This role ensures smooth HR processes and assists in maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate training, benefits, and employee engagement activities.
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping.
- Assist with employee relations and HR policy implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR coordination or recruitment preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
