Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information such as absences, leaves, and resignations.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee activities, and orientation programs.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
- Support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Perform other HR-related duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- With at least 2 years of experience in the same role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
