- Recruitment – responsible for the job posting, sourcing, scheduling, endorsement and on-boarding of qualified candidates
- Timekeeping – Attendance Monitoring, leaves and biometrics.
- Preparation and Issuances of performance evaluation.
- Preparation of HR related reports.
- Daily roving for checking of safety.
- Other task may be assigned by the Department Head.
