Job Overview:
Ensure delivery of day-to-day HR transactions - Recruitment, HR Administration & Operations, and Performance Management. This position is created to ensure the efficient operations in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general support in the efficient management of the office through assisting in documents, maintaining appointments and calendars.
- Assisting in managing internal and external communication.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, attendance, and performance evaluations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure completeness of employee requirements for 201 filing.
