Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with administrative and operational tasks. The HR Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes, including employee record management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Help coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and communicating with candidates.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and assisting new hires with documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to routine HR-related inquiries from employees and direct them to appropriate staff as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all HR data and employee information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
