Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR Department
- Assisting the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
- Ensuring compliance with employee and labor laws
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Coordinate HR Projects (meeting, training, surveys etc. ) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, allowances, leaves, etc. )
- Assist in Payroll for SSS, HDMF, PHIC and TIN
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
