- Responsible for sourcing, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements.
- Arrange schedule interview with hiring managers.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Assisting the HR team in creating and implementing onboarding plans; employee orientation, training and development.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes.
- Maintaining relationship with both internal and external clients too ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR or any related course.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office suite)
- Location: West Avenue, Quezon City
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
