Skilled in using various human resource tools and methods, with rich practical experience and skills, familiar with Philippine Labor Law;
5. 具有良好的职业道德,踏实稳重,有较强的沟通、协调能力,有团队协作精神。

薪资福利 Salary and Benefits:
1. 薪资:1500 转 1800 USD
Starting salary: 1,500 USD - 1,800 USD
2. 工作时间:每天8小时,月休6天;固定每周日休
Work schedule: 8 hours/day, Mon-Sat, 6 days off per month
3. 公司提供餐补(9000P/月)
Monthly food allowance: 9,000p
4. 重大节日礼金 5000p, 生日礼金7000p (转正后享有),13薪资

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, resignation process, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing salaries.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Administering leave approval, and enforcing company policies and practices.
- In charge of end to end Recruitment process (sourcing, screening, initial interview, test administration, background check and administration, pre-employment requirements, documentations)
- Responsible for printing and safekeeping of Company ID.
- Monitor inventory of ID supplies and place order when necessary.
- Performs other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
