Job Responsibilities:
- Administer end to end local payroll, timekeeping and government mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC and HDMF, sickness, maternity etc)
- Handling the social benefits of employees
- Handling employees contracts, job offers, 201 files and other documents such as Certificate of Employment, R1A, CSF, and the likes.
- Being company representative in government agencies
- Provided payroll information by answering questions and request
- Process calculating final pay of the separated employees
- Provides payroll reports to be submitted to Finance Department every after payroll releasing
- Handling employee discipline and government compliance
- Familiar with labor laws and income taxation
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
- Has experience in manual processing of payroll, timekeeping for at least 15 employees is required
- Has experience in government benefits (SSS, PHIC, Pagibig, sickness, maternity)
- Has experience in BIR Wtax annualization, alphalist or BIR 2316
- Able to answer payroll inquiries from employees
- Willing to be a one man team for meantime
- Knowledgeable with Labor law, and DOLE rules
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Has good English communication skills both written and oral
- Willing to work on site in BGC office, Mondays to Fridays

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
