JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the overall implementation of procedures and policies as well as improvement of HRD Section
- Overall-in-charge in all HRD Facets such as;
- Recruitment, from end-to-end process
- Timekeeping
- Administration benefits
- Employee Relation
- Training and Development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably Graduate of BS Psychology
- Graduate of any 4-year course is allowed but must have experience as HR Generalist
- Knowledgeable in AEP-SWP and PEZA-Visa processing is an advantage.
- With at least 2-year experience in the field and supervising
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willing to work or relocate in FPIP Sto. Tomas Batangas
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)
