Job Summary:
The HR Assistant (Training & Values Formation) is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that support employee development, organizational effectiveness, and values integration. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary skills, behaviors, and cultural understanding to contribute to a high-performance and values-driven work environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Training and Development:
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs (e.g., onboarding, leadership development, soft skills, compliance).
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance indicators, and ROI metrics.
2. Values Formation:
- Lead initiatives that promote organizational core values through structured formation programs, workshops, and etc.
- Collaborate with department heads to embed values into daily operations and performance standards.
- Monitor and assess employee alignment with core values and culture.
3. Employee Engagement and Culture Building:
- Support the development of a culture that fosters respect, integrity, service, and excellence.
- Coordinate employee recognition and development programs aligned with company values.
- Contribute to internal communication strategies that reinforce positive behaviors and company values.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive records of training sessions, attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
- Prepare and present regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
5. Other
- Performs other related duties appropriate to the role, as required by foundation operations, and assigned by superiors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
