Role Description
The HR Associate will provide support across all areas of human resources, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, records management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and contributes to fostering a positive workplace culture.
In this role, you will:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support HR programs, employee relations, and performance management.
- Assist in payroll preparation, benefits administration, and government-mandated filings.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and government-mandated benefits
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Integrity in handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
