- Graduate of Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Generalist
- Exposure to various HR functions, including: Recruitment and onboarding, Employee relations, Payroll processing, and Performance management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
