HR Associate / Proactive Sourcing Lead
Location: Remote
Schedule: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
Type: Full-Time Contract | 40 hours/week
Salary Range: PHP 18,000 to 20,000/month
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and document validation for freelance vendors and staff
- Lead a small team of HR specialists and provide day-to-day direction
- Conduct internal file audits and ensure documentation compliance
- Support proactive sourcing strategies for project-based hiring
- Collaborate on standard operating procedures and HR policies
- Update records, SOPs, and databases in Google Drive, Monday.com, and internal HRIS
- Attend MDI meetings and maintain accurate records of HR activities
- Partner with operations teams to ensure alignment across divisions
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in HR coordination, auditing, or recruiting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Leadership experience or supervisory exposure preferred
- Comfortable using Monday.com, Google Workspace, and HR systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to adapt to global processes and timelines
Base Pay and Additional Remuneration:
- Full-time, monthly salary with potential for performance-based increases.
