What will you be doing?
The HRBP will play an integral role in creating a strategic liaison between HR and the finance department. This role will focus on performance and talent management, employee relations and discipline, data gathering and analysis, and office administration. The HRBP will assist Finance Team leads and managers in performance management, ensure adherence to HR policies, and help drive employee engagement and operational efficiency within the Finance department.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Employee Records Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and compliance documents in the HRIS.
• Attendance, Leave and Overtime Monitoring: Track and manage attendance, leave requests, and overtime submissions. Generate productivity and attendance reports for performance reviews and audits.
• Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, HR standards, and labor regulations. Support audits and policy updates in collaboration with the Compliance Officer.
• Management Coaching: Guide Finance team leads and managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and documentation related to evaluations and performance improvement plans.
• Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries around payroll, benefits, policies, and employee issues. Escalate concerns as necessary.
• Travel Assistance and Processing: Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, accommodation), and manage logistics for visiting staff, including corporate apartment usage.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as needed to support People Operations and the Finance Department.

Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include:
- 2-3 years Human Resources experience
- University degree preferred; but undergraduates with relevant experience may be considered.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, and multiple priorities, in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal communication, listening skills, critical writing, and thinking skills
- Exercise good judgment and demonstrate a diplomatic and open-minded approach
- High degree of professionalism, maturity, and confidentiality
- Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proven application experience of HR information systems
- Amendable to work hybrid work set-up (3x onsite, and 2x WFH weekly at least)
