II. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Reports to: Personnel Management Supervisor
III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary: An HR Clerk is an entry-level role that provides administrative support to the company's Human Resources Department.
1. Assist in the checking of pre-employment requirements of onboarding employees.
2. Assist in 201 file administration.
3. Input employee data into HRIS through updated Personal Data Sheet to ensure accurate employee records.
4. Assist in training preparation, including purchasing of training materials, and training facilitation.
5. Aid in organizational development-related concerns.
6. Assist in the inventory and distribution of company uniforms.
7. Help in scanning of COP resolutions.
8. Printing of HR timekeeping forms and pre-employment forms.
9. Responsible for the completion of signatures in the employee clearance form.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
IV. KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Attainment: College graduate
Course: Any business-related course
Requirements/Skills:
- Computer literate (MS Word/Excel)
- Has good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and with good analytical skills
