- Developing and implementing compensation strategies and policies. .
- Administering payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Ensuring compensation practices are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Managing performance-based pay, bonuses, and other incentive programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
