1. Job Purpose/Summary:
1.1. This role supports the Human Resources Department by screening prospective applicants and developing the organizations’ employees’ capability to contribute in “Building Homes for Life” to all. Providing a safe environment that promotes performance satisfaction that will boost the success of the company.
1. Specific Duties and responsibilities:
· Assists the needs and concerns of employees and relaying it to the HR Team in Head Office.
· Checks Weekly Accomplishment Report of employees
· Assists the distribution of weekly and monthly payroll of employees and contractors
· Provides information by collecting time and attendance records thru the biometrics scanner and DTR sheet
· Assists with the recruitment process by conducting initial interview and endorsing the applicants to the Managers
· Responsible for the orientation of the newly hired employees on-site and updating employee records
· Secures employee records and handing it over to the recruitment specialist
· Disseminates updated information of company policies
· Prepares forms (OT forms, leave forms, Official business forms, Gov’t registration/loan forms)

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
