The HR Director is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support the company’s mission, vision, and overall business strategy. This leadership role oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and labor compliance. The HR Director acts as a strategic advisor to senior management and ensures that all HR practices align with company values and legal requirements.
Job Qualifications - HR DIRECTOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage).
- At least 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven track record of strategic thinking, team leadership, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Job Responsibilities- HR DIRECTOR
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and company growth.
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance evaluations.
- Establish HR policies, procedures, and systems to support a high-performance culture.
- Oversee compensation and benefits planning to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, supporting employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure full legal compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide guidance and coaching to department heads and supervisors on employee management.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to make informed decisions.
- Lead initiatives related to employee wellness, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and organizational development.
- Serve as the main point of contact for conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Manage the HR budget and resource allocation effectively.
