- Provide assistance in Recruitment Team for hirings and other projects
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and administrative tasks
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents and coordinating with different departments
- Maintain and update employee records and databases (201 Filling)
- Provide other administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any business writing field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in google suite applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Availability to work part-time or full-time as an academic intern
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
