HR EXECUTIVE - RECRUITMENT
Job Summary:
The HR Executive – Recruitment is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates. This role involves developing strategic sourcing plans, building a strong talent pipeline, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the timely acquisition of qualified talent. The HR Executive plays a key role in enhancing the company's workforce by ensuring a smooth, efficient, and candidate-friendly hiring process aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing using diverse channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- With at least 1-2 years experience in end to end recruitment.
- Collaborative approach to working with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
