HR & Admin Associate provides crucial support to both the Human Resources and administrative functions within an organization. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, record-keeping, and support for HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Responsible in monitoring the 3rd, 5th and Annual Evaluation of employees
2. Issuance of Personnel Action Notice (PAN)
3. Monitoring of Recommendation Letters of promoted employees
4. Responsible in updating the KPI Movement and Changes
5. Processing of promotions of employees
6. Facilitating of Team Building (Company events) / Birthday & Best Employees
7. Admin Tasks (Schedule & Monitoring of Work Efficiency - Driver, Utilities & Front Desk)
8. 2316 Monitoring
9. Fixed assets management & office supplies
10. Responsible in collating the schedule of all departments every month
11. Assisting regarding recruitment needs (sourcing and interview)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

- Marilao: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
