- Graduate or College Undrgraduate of any course - With experience atleast 6 months of experience in Employee Relations or equivalent- Knowledge of philippine Labor Laws, Employement policies and regulations .- With knowledge in Dole-SENA, NLRC procedures- With Good communication Skills- Amenable to work at Sta Cruz Manila .
