Job Description:
- Verify all incoming and outgoing deliveries are thoroughly checked and accurately recorded
- Ensure that all inventory-related documents are duly signed and properly transmitted
- Prepare items scheduled for delivery in advance of the delivery date to avoid delays or issues
- Ensure that all items are correctly loaded onto delivery trucks
- Acts as the person in charge of vehicle preventive maintenance schedule (PMS)
- Coordinate effectively with vessels regarding inventory consumptions
- Perform other related task that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- At least college graduate of any course.
- Possesses basic knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, and delivery operations
- With professional driver's license restriction code (A, A1, B, B1, B2, C, D)
- Preferably with experience in manual transmission vehicles (6W, elf)
- Preferably a resident of Surigao City and neighboring cities/provinces
