- Employee/Labor Relations including but not limited to: NTE review and validation; conduct of initial investigation and administrative hearing; recommendation for the decision (ensuring that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct)
- Data management/ data accuracy
- Performance Management
- Employee engagement- improve, propose, implement employee engagement activities
- Advisor to the stake holders for all people related issues/concerns
- Compensation and benefits administration- both statutory and company
- Perform other work related to your functions such as additional work that may be required by the Company from time to time
