· End to end recruitment
· Preparation and execution of all HR forms and policies
· Payroll processing using Payroll Philippines / Jeonsoft System
· Monitoring of employee regularization
· Performance management and evaluation
· Development and implementation of HR policies
· Administer employee benefits, training and development
· Checking and processing of employee government loans, SSS sickness and maternity benefits
· Record, monitor, and update employee database
· Issuance of HR memos
· Processing of employee resignation
· Proper filing of 201 files and all HR correspondence
· Responsible for job posts and advertisements
· Employee and labor relations- conflict resolution
· Processing of final pay of resigned employees

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources Generalist: 2 years (Preferred)
